This little family is going to become a little bigger within the next few weeks! Look at that adorable baby bump, you can obviously tell it is going to be a boy! Lindsay's friend won a maternity session during my 12 days of Christmas giveaway and gifted it to her, what I didn't know was that she was due any day! I quickly booked Lindsay so we didn't miss this great opportunity capturing the special time in this young mother life, to only find out that we chose the coldest day of 2017! We were all freezing but looking at these photographs you wouldn't even notice. I cant wait to meet their new bundle of joy soon!
Last session of 2017 was perfect! Here is to 2018, lets make it a great year!

I had the pleasure to hang out with some of the cutest kiddos this holiday season. I had the fun request to capture a few moments of these three with their jammies on and cups full of hot coco! I think Laci had the best time trying to eat all of the marshmallows out of the cup before she drank her coco, and Cooper was more intrigued by the hot coco that he did not want anything to do with his candy cane!
I hope you all have the most MERRY Christmas! Give your family lots of hugs and kisses this holiday season! Thank you to all of my wonderful clients this holiday season! I hope you all loved your pictures and made adorable Christmas cards!
What is sweeter than a newborn baby boy and a country theme! Let me start by telling you about Tripp's room, oh my goodness, his name was on a wooden board and HUGE! There was deer themed everything, which I loved. His room was grey and so amazing!
Now about sweet Tripp. Tripp did not want to sleep, he was way too excited about all of the fun things that were going on during his session. He also Loved the Christmas tree, I mean he couldn't stop staring at it, how sweet!
The first place on my list of places to visit, while being in Old Salem, was the Gorgeous bridge! This bridge had stars dangling from the rafters, garland on the handrails and an adorable couple posing in the middle!
After the trip to the bridge, we walked around to the opposite side of the bridge where I found the most Beautiful red barn! The red barn, evergreen trees, and the white glistening snow made the most perfect back drop for these photographs.
We had to finish our session off by capturing the warm sun shining down during the golden hour. This couple loved their golden hour session and told everyone how excited they were to have this session! The snow was melting, the sun was setting, and everything was just perfect for these two! Check out their Golden Hour photos below!
The only snow day so far this season, Courtney and Blake had their Engagement Session scheduled. We weren't going to let the snow and cold mess up this special day! We went to the old barn in Gold Hill NC and survived the cold and snow and captured beautiful portraits! Blake wasn't a fan of the snow but he smiled and really showed how much he loved her! Just look at the love between these two, just amazing.
I cannot wait to capture their big day in April!
Sweet baby Kamden is just the cutest little thing! This family is all about sports, so why not have Kamden's session full of sports! His momma loves baseball as well as his big brother so we started with baseball props and outfits then moved onto football which is brother also loves but so does his dad! He kept waking up but the sleep took over and I had time to capture some great shots.
From the Belly to the Blanket! Oh my CUTENESS!!
Baby Ansleigh is the most precious bundle of joy!! She was so perfect during her session, she had a few feeding breaks and binki breaks but other than that she was up and awake almost the entire session and we were LOVING IT! She was such a curious baby and was looking around while I was arranging things and moving her toys around! I cannot wait to photograph her again soon!!
