I can not believe it has already been 6... SIX...months since I had the opportunity to capture seven beautiful Moms-to-be at the fire house! Time definitely flew by, but now all of the babies are here, healthy, happy and back at the fire house. I knew we would have to have a second shoot from day one, how could I not? I loved being able to see all of the babies growing so much and of course getting to meet the newest edition little baby Wade who made his appearance just in time for this shoot to take place! For those of you who have been following on my Facebook you may remember seeing the newborn photos from some of the firehouse babies, but if you did not see them I will post a few below and tell you a little about their arrivals! Of course we thought we knew which little one was going to be joining us first after the shoot but little baby Cara wanted to wait a little longer so sweet little baby Brighton was first then Cara came after her not even 24 hours later. We woke up the next day and baby Lydia made her arrival into the world, one after another all of the April babies made their appearance! Next was the first boy of the group cool dude baby Cal came after giving his sweet momma a run for her money followed by sweet little Mellie and then came the next boy of the group Gavin! After that it was a waiting game waiting for little Wade to make his appearance, he was the last of the group to join us! Also shown in this session is beautiful Carolyn who just turned ONE and little nugget baby Freeman, these two made up the NINE total babies SFD had in one year! ...and DUHHH I had to add these two in there because I talked about them in interviews and on my other blog. Unfortunately, two of the mommas could not make it from the original 7 but we had an awesome session with all of the beautiful babies. Did I mention my Fireman had to drink the koolaid and SURPRISE we are Expecting!! .. as well as two others so far at Salisbury Fire! The baby boom is to be continued!
Enjoy some of the shots from this fun session with the mommas and their new babies and the babies with their Heroes!! I want to thank Salisbury Fire Department, North Carolina, for allowing me to capture such a special time for these ladies and this Department! Feel free to Share, Comment and like!
